This class is designed for the very most advanced level gymnast with an emphasis on strength, flexibility, and conditioning. This level focuses on precision and execution of skills.

Apparel – A leotard with or without elastic waist shorts or a unitard with gymnastics shoes. Gymnastics shoes are purchased at Patti’s All-American.
