This 45-minute class for ages 3-8 requires an adult to participate with the child to assist with staying on task, engaging with peers appropriately, keep focus, and participate respectfully. Discovery Fitness is a great supplement for students that are already participating in outside therapies (such as physical therapy and occupational therapy).   *This class incorporates gross and fine motor skills exercises. As well as sensory processing skills including sounds and rhythm work, body awareness, and body movement.    

Apparel: Girls: Leotard and gymnastics shoes ($25.25 plus tax) encouraged but not required at this level. If not wearing gymnastics shoes, Sky Zone socks are permitted. No skirts or tights.  Boys: T-Shirt tucked into elastic waistband shorts or warm-up pants (no buttons or zippers) and gymnastics shoes preferred ($25.25 plus tax). If not wearing gymnastics shoes, Sky Zone socks are permitted. Parents: socks, no bare feet.
