What Makes Us Different? Our Ninjas receive not only skill awards but also character recognition awards. Plus they get to participate in two action-packed Ninja Expos per year!

Designed to get your kiddos’ hearts pumping! These classes are for boys and girls ages 3.5-12. They are a fusion of gymnastics and obstacle course training including challenges at the bars and balance beams. In addition, your child will enjoy Ninja Training which includes doing flips, rolls, and kicks. Gymnastics training and obstacle courses are both designed to help total body coordination, build strength, and improve agility. Beyond skill, this class teaches:

Self Confidence
Discipline
Impulse control
Responsibility
Builds core strength
Instinctual safety (how to roll when you fall – how to avoid injury… great for use in other sports)

Ninja Bears (Ages 3.5-5)

Red Headband

Apparel: All-American ninja T-shirt, Red headband, gymnastics shoes, and black shorts or loose-fitting pants. All apparel, except the shorts or loose-fitting pants must be purchased at Patti’s All-American.

All-American Ninjas (Ages Kindergarten -12)

1 hour / $153 per month

Levels of All-American Ninjas: All-American Ninjas is for boys and girls ages kindergarten –12. All-American Ninjas start with a navy blue headband. When they have mastered all skills of their level, they will move up to the next color headband (level), get to ring the bell, and break a board! Below is a breakdown of the levels.

Navy (Beginner)

· Purple (Advanced Beginner)

· Yellow (Intermediate)

· Black (Advanced)

A child’s progression is determined by their own pace, handing them the tools to shape their own experience. By letting children advance individually, within a defined and collaborative program, children of ages 3.5-12 years old receive more than athletic gifts. They’re strong, confident kids.
