This karate class is for boys and girls ages 7 -13.  We teach Traditional Shorei-ryu karate. The focus of a good children’s karate class not only teaches self defense movements but includes conflict resolution, personal responsibility, and avoidance. Karate helps with life skills that include imparting respect for self and others, discipline, self-control, patience, confidence, courage, focus, and leadership. Karate is also a great class for fitness. It improves cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, balance, strength, and overall energy level. In this class your child will develop strong motor coordination skills while exercising, learning traditional karate, and having fun.  We also utilize our very own Karate All-Stars “Goal Setting” Program. • Pre-Qualifications: Boys and Girls 7 – 13 years old
• Apparel: Gi-White jacket, pants and belt.  Note:To register click on the blue “Register” to complete your registration process.
