A twenty-five dollar deposit is required to secure your day and time. All participants on the field trip must have a waiver completed and signed by parent or guardian (click here to access waiver). To register for a field trip call 219-865-2274 or print the contract by clicking here.  Complete the form and bring it to our office with your twenty-five dollar deposit.  It’s that simple!
