This class is more structured and designed for the kindergarten aged child who is ready to learn gymnastics skills. Instructors will challenge students with fun techniques and drills to increase strength, flexibility, and encourage greater gymnastics development. Our 5/6 Beginner class is the “Bridge” class to our School-Age program. The children begin our Star Achievement Awards Program in which each student works on skills from a level sheet and when they achieve the skill and complete the level sheet, they progress to the next level and receive a trophy. This class will use all of the gymnastics equipment including: uneven bars, balance beam, trampoline(s), and spring floor.

• Length: 60 minutes
• Pre-Qualifications: Must be 5 in preschool or 6 in kindergarten
• Apparel:  Girls: Leotard and gymnastics shoes, no skirt or tights.  Boys: T-Shirt tucked into elastic waistband shorts with gymnastics shoes.Note:To register click on the blue “Register” to complete your registration process.
